Register With The Practice?

Patients are registered with the practice and not with a particular doctor. When you register with our practice, it can take a few weeks before we receive your medical records. In the interests of accuracy and safety we ask that you provide as much information as you can on the forms provided AND that you make an appointment with a practice nurse within four weeks of registering for a new patient check. You will still be able to select any of our partners as your "usual" doctor and are at liberty to change this selection by advising us in writing of your wishes. However, you may consult with any doctor in the practice. To help us provide continuity of care, we prefer patients to consult their "usual" doctor for any ongoing problems.
