On Tuesday 5th July 2016 the GPs and practice nurses will be attending a training afternoon (called a TARGET event).
These are organised by the West Hampshire Clinical Commissioning Group and all GPs working on that day must attend.
We will be seeing emergency patients only in the morning on that day.
There will be emergency cover from 111 from 12.30pm for emergencies during the afternoon.
Reception will be open to make appointments on the phone but the practices will be closed. All services will return to normal on Wednesday 6th July 2016. St Francis Dental Surgery will be open as usual.
YOU CAN NOW BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT OR REQUEST REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS ONLINE.
To register for this service, please take one form of photographic Identification to the reception desk at either Park or St Francis Surgery to approve your online access. You would then be able to collect your registration form prior to registering on the www.patient.co.uk

Both surgeries have been designed and built to accommodate the needs of disabled patients. All entrances are appropriately ramped and doorways are easily negotiable by normal wheelchairs. Counters have lowered sections where possible to provide reasonable access to people unable to use the higher main counters. There are disabled toilet facilities on every floor and, where appropriate, a lift is available if required.
You are now able to receive a text message reminder when you book your appointments. You will then receive an alert of your scheduled appointment on your mobile. You will receive a second message two days prior to your appointment
